Full paper submission for the conference is now open. Submissions will close on Dec. 30, 2018 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Submissions will be handled using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

In order to submit, please use the link above. If you have not used this system for another conference before, you will first have to create an account on the system. Click on “create new account” and fill in the form. By clicking on the check box at the bottom of the page, you will have accepted the system’s terms and conditions; proceed with “register” to create your account. After registering, click again on the conference link, or search for the conference under “all conferences”.

Abstracts should be no longer than 2.000 characters (approx. 300 words) and should describe the aim, methodology, and results. Full papers should be between 3.000-5.000 words. Please use the template provided. Each submission will be peer-reviewed by two or three reviewers. Please make sure to choose keywords accurately, as that is how reviewers will be matched. The review process will be double-blind; reviewers will only see the title, abstract and paper. Please do not include author names in the abstract or the paper.
